U3A SUTTON BRIDGE WINE INTEREST GROUP - SWIG
Format of meetings. The Wine Group meets at various venues and dates, usually at members' homes. Whoever is hosting chooses and researches details of 3 to 5 wines and purchases the nibbles and wines.
We are all learning, and no prior knowledge is necessary, just some on-line research and enthusiasm. Member hosts may choose a grape variety, a country or region, a supermarket or wine merchant or just what you like to drink. The choice is theirs.
An initial attendance fee is set at £10 per person to cover costs, £7 per meeting thereafter.
