The Wine & Chat group offers a warm, hospitable atmosphere designed to increase interaction among u3a members, encourage new friendships, and provide a thoroughly enjoyable social get-together.

What to Expect

• The Venue: Meetings will be held at a consistent, fixed venue hosted by the same group leader each time, offering a comfortable and familiar setting.
• The Wine: Each session, the host will supply a selection of interesting, non-supermarket wines to taste, introducing members to unique bottles they might not otherwise discover.
• The Essentials: The host will provide all wine, glassware, and venue comforts. If you do not fancy wine or prefer a warm drink, tea will always be available.
• What to Bring: Members are asked to bring along their own choice of nibbles or snacks to enjoy throughout the session.

Group Size & Frequency
To maintain an intimate and conversational atmosphere where everyone can easily chat, the group size is strictly limited to a maximum of 10 people.
